Suggest Treatment For Painful Lumps Behind Ear And Axilla

Question: She was diagnosed with stage 1 NHL, MARGINAL LYMPHOMA.
she had no signs of cancer in her last 2 check ups.
suddenly, she had a lump on her neck overnight, with pain in head/ear(of one side of head) and neck and that turned out to be an infection , and the lump is reducing now.She also had her routine check up, in which the oncologist detected new 2 small lumps underneath the other ear(she had radiations done on the other ear a year ago). The doctor suggested to come back after 3 months(in contrary to 6 months).
The doc also detected lumps underneath both the armpits. He said, they will wait for the lumps to grow to start a treatment, but the lumps under the armpits seem pretty large. Please suggest what to do.Should an ultrasound be done on armpit to see the size of the lump.i want to know, at what point a treatment will be started. Her blood reports came normal except TSH being high(she has been asked to see the thyroid doc),and she has had no other symptoms.
but there are 2 lumps under an ear and total 3 under both armpits.
Is this a relapse, and is it growing too fast.

Brief Answer:
Hello. A biopsy is advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello. I will advise a biopsy of the lumps both from the axilla as well as behind the ear. Only after that we will reach a conclusion. However, rapid growth is not a feature of marginal lymphoma. it may occur rarely hence a biopsy is needed.
Please tell me the size of the lumps in axilla.
Please revert back with the results of biopsy.
Thanks and regrads
