Suggest Treatment For Painful Pimple In The Vaginal Area

Question: Hello Doctor
I have a small pimple kind of boil in my vaginal opening. It is painful. i had a similar boil a month ago and it dried on its own.
1. How to get rid of this?
2. Can i use V wash or any such solutions to prevent such boils in future.
FYI I had a abcess and then became a fistula in 2 o clok position and was operated a year back.

I understand .
Then you need at least an anti inflammatory and antibiotic treatment treatment for resolving it.
I usually give doxycycline tablets twice a day for 5 days along with ibuprofen; but in case it persists then kindly visit your doctor for examination
Also wear a cotton based loose underwear always and get a fasting sugar level done
