Brief Answer:
Yes,you can try azifast gel with few oral medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr. XXXXXXX
Thank you for your query.
I can understand your concern regarding your pimple problem.
Pimple is very common in your age group, mainly on face.
Painful pimple shows presence of infection.
Only erytop cream is not effective as it required oral medicine also.
Azifast gel is good treatment option in your case. You need to apply it on pimple two times a day.
Apart from that you need to take doxycycline 100 mg capsule daily for 4 weeks. You will get the medicine from chemist shop with doctor prescription.
Do not scratch the pimple. Avoid oil base cosmetic application on face. Wash your face with AHA glow face wash three times a day. Eat more green vegetables and fruits. Drink 12-15 glasses of water a day. Avoid dairy product consumption,
It is better to consult dermatologist for proper treatment plan and monitoring.
I hope I answered your question.
Let me know if you have any further query.
