Question: group of three pimples in mouth near throat?
Hello doctor, I found a group of three bumps near my throat as seen in the photos, the tongue is orange due to drinking soda. Anyways, I had a sore throat with pain on the side of those bumps, I wonder if this is a std as I was involved in cunnilingus with my girlfriend. please view the photos and thanks for your help in advance.
By the way, it does not hurt or anything, I see a dot of white liquid coming out of it. what could it be? thanks so much for your help.

I had both of my tonsils removed at a young age. Sorry if the photos weren't clear enough, what do you think is the cause of this now that tonsils are out.
