Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are reporting may be related to the following causes:
- Pericarditis
- Gastritis or GERD (heart burns)
- Osteocondritis

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Chest x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,

Sorry for my late response but I was travelling abroad.

Although your pain is more on your left side this doesn't exclude gastric issues.

My opinion is that you should do all the above mentioned exams to find out what is causing your symptoms.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
