Brief Answer:
Swelling eyelid

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The swelling in the eyelid can be due to eye infection or sinus infection.

Please tell me is there any problem in opening the eye?
Any history of nasal blockage or congestion?
Any blurring of vision?
Any redness in the white of eye?

Also, send me the picture of her face so that I can suggest you better.

From the complaints the pathology seems to be infective, start with an antibiotic like cefixime to avoid spreading infection.

Take tablet diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase.

All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care.
