Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the photograph uploaded.
This seems to be a bacterial infection, with a pus point.
It can be bartholin gland abscess or cyst.
I will suggest you to get properly examined internally by an OBGYN specialist to confirm the diagnosis.
If it is a bartholin gland cyst or abscess, then you will be needing antibiotics and surgical removal, if necessary.
In the meantime, you can have pain killers to relieve pain.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
