Suggest Treatment For Painful Swollen Feet

Following answer to your query.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Based on the data you provided your signs and symptoms are most likely related to:
- leg venous insufficiency or deep vein trombosis (DVT) of the legs.
- rheumatologic disease.
However, other disease especially anemia, heart and renal failureshould be excluded first.
This is why I strongly recommend doing the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- blood work (to exclude anemia, renal and liver failure)
- Rheumatoid factor test (and other tests specific for rheumatismal disease).
- ecg and cardiac echo (to exclude heart failure)
- Doppler ultrasound examinations of both legs to confirm / exclude the diagnosis of DVT and venous insuficiency.
Meantime, I would like to suggest to avoid standing up more than 30 minutes and to use elasrick socks.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
