Brief Answer:
you can jog and gym
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
You can do regular jogging and gyming but do not overdo it. It will not increase the strain further.
There are various surgeries performed for varicose veins namely open techniques like Saphenectomy, stab phlebectomy, Endovenous laser, radiofrequency ablation, cutaneous electrodessication, and sclerotherapy.
The surgery is performed when the veins are more swollen.
