I am XXXXXXX an 23 year old man. I have been having these painless bumps on my penile shaft for about 5 months now and the number of bumps are increasing. I am not sure of what they are and althoigh I haven't got any symptoms, I am still worried. Please guide me on what it is and what me next course of action should be.

Is there anything i can do to make them go away? How long do they usually persist for? Are there advice you can give me ?
