Suggest Treatment For Palmoplantar Keratoderma

Question: I am curious about treatments for palmoplanter keratoderma. I have been diagnosed with this over the last few months as symptoms started to appear over a year ago; fissures on feet and hands. They've died down and appear irregularly, but the thick skin on feet and palms is steady. The dryness and discoloration are increasing it seems. The other thing I never see mentioned is about the sides of the palms and top of the hands where I get dry thickened skin between the knuckle and the cuticle. My question: are there homeopathic treatments I should be trying. Lastly I am 65 so this is not from childhood
