Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern.
Sweating profusely, Tachycardia or palpitations, Nausea and the loose stool episode included points mainly to a hyperthyroid state and warrant a re check of your TFTs ( thyroid function tests).
The propranolol dose can be increased to 120 mg bd to keep the heart rate
around 65 to 70 BPM ( beats per minute).
WBC count around 12500 is a little high but not significant if clinically there is no sign of any focus of infection.
You may take Metoclopramide and a PPI ( esomeprazole ) for a week to empirically see for improvement in appetite. Appetite stimulators such as cipraheptidine may also be used in combination with the above two.
Let me know if you have any query
wishing you best of health
Thanks
