Brief Answer:
slowly try to retract foreskin manually, upload photographs

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXX,

Thanks for writing to us.

Your situation is likely paraphimosis where the foreskin becomes trapped behind the glans penis, and cannot be reduced and pulled back to its normal flaccid position covering the glans penis.

Normally foreskin covers whole glans penis. During intercourse for enough sensation it is retracted downward behind glans. However it comes back to its normal position as soon as erection loosens.

If it is painful it is likely paraphimosis.Try to retract foreskin upward slowly with help of cold (ice cube) compression. If you cannot succeed and pain increases, please consult doctor. Long hours of paraphimoisis impairs the blood flow to glans.
Mannitol, local anesthesia is used if there is small swelling and manual retraction is painful.

Please upload photographs so I can give more comments.

Also let me know that what is your age and were you able to retract foreskin easily below glans before this incidence?

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
