Question: Hi there.
I am 36yo and relatively healthy. 60kg. 165cm tall.
Apart from taking Oroxine 200ug daily for the past 19years after a total thyroidevtomy, I take no other medications.
My issue is that I have parasthesia in the tip of my nose. It has been present for days and not worsening but it is quite annoying.

Variety of possible causes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcte Magic. From the information you have provided I there there could be a number of possible causes is parasthesia of the nose that should be investigated.
These are quite varied and include high alcohol intake, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, nerve entrapment and herpes. Therefore, I suggest you need detailed investigation by a neurologist. This would include bloods, nerve conduction studies and MRI.
I hope this is of help. If you need any further help, please do not hesitate to contact me.
