Brief Answer:
Need some help from you first ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on the images and the information provided by you I doubt this is an allergic reaction as there is no inflammation, there is no elevation of the affected region, etc; which all work against the possibility of an allergic reaction. But I would again like to emphasise on the possibility existing and only being completely ruled out with the help of a blood investigation.

I would like you to write back to me with a response on the following for better understanding of your current situation ma'am:

-Have you started any new detergents, shampoo, body products, soap, accessories, etc?
-Any food items eaten lately that were new to your diet or that you have not eaten for a long time?
-Did the rash appear suddenly? If so, what did you wear, eat or come in contact with a while before this rash appeared?
-Please write to me about any new fabric detergent or conditioner
-Recent sexual contact? If so, was your partner the same?
-Contact with any new plants or a visit to garden or forest?
-Any contact with insects?
-Do you have any other symptoms like change in colour of your urine, fever, inflammation in any joints, muscle aches, etc.

I would also like to recommend the following investigations ma'am:

-Complete blood count including CBC, Hb, eosinophils
-ESR
-CRP
-RA factor

I look forward to your kind response in order to further help you ma'am. Do not worry, we shall together work to find the cause for your presentation. I would also like to request you to upload pictures taken of other parts of your body, wherever the rash is present.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Need to ge those tests ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Your rash does not really match that of an allergic reaction as I mentioned before and so I would urge to get the blood investigations conducted, but I would also like to emphasise on the your lethargy, which is why I would also like to add that some conditions that can cause lethargy like vitamin B12 deficiency, vitamin D, anaemia, etc; so checking on these levels will also help.

I forgot to ask in my previous response whether you are on any medications or have undergone any procedures recently after which you were put on any medications?

I also noticed from your images that the swelling in the eyelid does not match a rash but is most probably a stye. A stye presents with pain in the eyelid, swelling, itchiness, tearing, a lump which resembles a pimple, etc. Treatment mainly includes the following:
-Good hygiene (keeping the area clean and dry, washing your hands regularly)
-Avoiding contact with the affected region
-Using a clean cloth to clean the tears
-Avoid touching the healthy eye with the cloth or your hands
-Steam
-Hot fomentation on the affected region several times a day with a cloth dipped in warm water or heating rock salt on a pan, placing it in a clean cloth and applying to the affected region
-You could also use an over-the-counter antibiotic eye drop 2-3 times a day (eg. ciprofloxacin).

Please do try to schedule an appointment for the above mentioned investigations and write back to me with the test results ma'am. I would be more than happy to interpret them and hopefully find the cause for your symptoms. Looking forward to helping you further.

Best wishes.
