Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query and picture. It looks like fungal infection.
Is there any itching?
Do you had any recent history of risky unprotected sex before getting this?
For fungal infection you can apply ointments or creams containing anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid like hydrocortisone. This is available as over the counter in brands like Daktarin.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

no case of itching or unprotected sex .. but what kinds of creams work best
Brief Answer:
Combiination of anti fungal and corticosteroid creams can be used.
Detailed Answer:

Thank you for your follow up.
Creams containing combination of anti fungal and corticosteroid can be used. Over the counter ones like Daktarin ( miconazole + hydrocortisone) works good. Herbal ones like aloe vera gel helps. But not in all cases.
Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water instead.

Thank you for your follow up query.
Fungal infections are common in men and women. This can spread from clothes. Accumulation of sweat or greasy environment in folds and genital area helps in the growth of fungus.
This cream I mentioned is over the counter one. You don't need prescription.
