Suggest Treatment For Patchy Itchy Skin Near Scrotum
Question: I have two patches on my skin along the thighs very close to the scrotum...I have been suffering from regular itching on scrotum and have been applying Cloben G for sometime. Not sure if the cream is causing the patches. The skin in the patch area also looks loose and dead...

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
You might have developed fungal infection of groin.
Please dont use cloben G . It is a very strong steroid and can damage your skin permanently.
If possible please upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and I would be able to guide you in a better way.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you

Hi Dr XXXXXXX
Thank you for your prompt response. I am attaching three photos. Two from the left thigh and one from the right. The reason I continued with Cloben G was because that is the only cream which stops the itching in scrotum. The moment I stop it, it starts itching. Can you recommend another cream or treatment so the itching stops. Also, please let me know after you've had a look at the photographs. Thank you.
