Suggest Treatment For Patchy White Discoloration Of Glans Penis

Question: Hi
I have noticed areas of patchy white discoloration of my glans penis on the left side for the past 10 days or so. Over that area, the skin also appears to be slightly raised. There are no vesicles, ulcers and the surface doesn't feel rough to touch but I can feel it being raised. There has been no discharge from the penis. I have been with a single and stable partner since 2008 and I have not had any problems. I had a UTI two years ago but that was treated with antibiotics and had an episode of hematuria two months ago following which I had a flexible cystoscope which showed very minimal narrowing in the urethra but nothing else was noted.
I am concerned about the discoloration and appearance of the glans. I am not sure if the appearance has been there previous to the 10 days. It's just that usually I don't wear glasses and don't observe as carefully but on the day I noticed it, I had my glasses on and it came to my attention.
Kindly advice

Brief Answer:
post inflammatory hypo pigmentation
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like post inflammatory hypo pigmentation. The patch is not fully depigmented hence vitiligo can be ruled out.
Don't worry, this can be treated by applying a mild steroid like fluticasone for 15 days.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
