1) It would be of help if you tell me what type of cyst you are having. Please attach a copy of ultrasound scan if possible.
2) The cyst if large or infected drains to lymph nodes and is the reason for lump on groin and fever.
3) It is better to get examined by your doctor and get an ultrasound scan done to confirm the cyst size and nature.
4) Additional tests are required to identify the nature of cyst like AFP and CA 125. Your doctor will be able to guide your better after examination.
