Question: wife was a bit over exuberant after a couple bottles of wine and, in trying to get me up for a 4th round pinched the shaft of the penus to point of, I think rupturing cavernosa so now shaft is normal halfway up and much narrower and weaker above the point of pinching incident? anything to be done?
