Question: Hey doc good even just wanted 2 ask I had sex for the 1st time and next day I see there is swelling like balloon on tip Down of my penis

Thanks for query .Based on what you ave posted It seems that you have develped Paraphimosis due to dry and vigorous sex .
It is primary concern to replace the foreskin over the glans penis manually by yourself .However if it fails or increases more you may need to consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist who will help you to reduce it either manually or by injection Injection Hyluranidase locally .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured.

Doc it's been 2dayz now yesterday I had an intercourse but the ballon looks the same not increased or decreased just wanted 2 know how much will it take 2 decrease
