Suggest Treatment For Penis Foreskin Tear
![default](/r/images/default.png)
I had sex with my wife for the first time without protection. When I tried to insert, the skin below the head of my penis tore. I wanted to know if it is normal? Also there is little sensitivity and when I tried again there was some pain. Is this normal? Can I continue to have sex or wait for the cut to heal? Will this occur every time I have sex?
Please have sex with lubrication jelly to reduce friction injury
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my details below.
1. Having sex for the first time might cause injury to the foreskin attachment and frenulum and probably that has happened to you.
2. It occurs due to lack of lubrication between the penis and vagina. This can be solved by applying lubrication jelly like KY jelly on the penis before inserting the penis inside the vagina. Also have a long foreplay session with your wife and have slow sex.
3. Right now please wait for a week to allow the injury to heal and then have sex slowly as mentioned above and with lubrication jelly.
Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek
