Suggest Treatment For Penis Tears In A Sexually Active Person

Question: Hello,
I've got a concern that has to do with sexual health. I have a mark on my penis, on the glans, that looks like a cut, but has gotten slightly bigger in the past month. I quite sexually active so I figured maybe I've just over done it. But it concerns me none the less. I want an opinion of whether or not I should go get it checked out, and what it could possibly be.

Hello.
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I read carefully your query and I would like to ask you few questions in order to give you a better judgement.
-Is it causing any discomfort ?irritation or burning during urination?
-Is it associated with any kind of discharge?
-When did it first appear and has it changed with time?
-Have you been exposed to unprotected sexual intercourse (including oral sex)?
It would be really helpful if you could provide a picture of this lesion.
Waiting for your answer.
Take care,

hello,
there is no discomfort, or irritation. I only noticed it from pulling back foreskin.
no discharge.
it appeared a couple of months ago, and has grown slightly larger (doubled in size.)
I have been exposed to unprotected sex with one partner, multiple times, but that was over half a year ago, and she did not have any STI's. Only protected sex now
I've attached a photo.

here trying again.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I apologize for the delay in answering your query.
Thank you for providing the picture. The small red lesion on penis head doesn't seem to be related to any sexually transmitted infections.
It seems to have a vascular nature ,which means it can be just a proliferation of small blood vessels.I would suggest just to observe it and if it tends to increase in size over time to get it checked with a dermatologist.
Otherwise it is a benign finding.
All the best,
