Suggest Treatment For Performance Anxiety

Question: Why can't I get sexually aroused and my penis gets hard while having sex with a woman but I can Masturbating by my self or when a woman does it to me? I am a 36 year old man and never enjoyed sexually intercourse.

From the description it appears that you are excessively self conscious and having performance anxiety.
The anxiety and fear associated with performance hindering with normal process of erection.

Please visit a psychiatrist/psychologist in your city for counseling. Performance anxiety generally do not require medications and it can be treated appropriately with counseling.
