Suggest Treatment For Perianal Abscess Along With Anal Fistula

Question: 5 perianal absesses, 3 surgical incisions and drainages, seton suture inserted removed 7 days ago surgically, 5 fractured lower dentition, calcium levels ok,vitamin d insufficent, occassional cold night sweats, mouth ulcers and polyarthalgia. Chrons disease ruled out, IBD, Ulcerative Colitis, coeliac disease and bechets syndrome ruled out. fibromyalgia diagnosed 8 years ago currently not medicated in remission,, graves disease since 2002 not medicated and currently in remission. blood tests shows as normal however one keeps getting sick every winter and going into sepsis. both a flexible sigmoidoscopy and colonscopy with biopsies have come back clear! What is wrong with me please?

Get done immunoglobulin levels.

I can understand your situation and problem.
Perianal abscess with fistula is not common condition.
When it is recurrent, we need to rule out immunodeficiency States.
Since you are also having low blood counts, better to get done immunoglobulin levels.
Get done total IgG and IgM levels.
I want to know
1. Do you have pain at perianal site?
2. Do you have discharge from fistula?
3. Have you ever undergone biopsy and histopathological examination to rule out tuberculosis?
