Brief Answer:
It is not a complication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw all the pics.
At present, the patient is having multiple absences in the buttocks which require incision and drainage.I prefer to do it under spinal anaesthesia as there will be no pain during surgery.
There are multiple abscess forming areas around the anus. Fistula is a tract extending from the skin into the anal canal. It occurs when abscess ruptures both internally into the anal canal and externally into the skin.Whole fistulous tract will be excised during surgery.Pus may be collected at the surgery site.
The present condition of multiple abscesses need surgery.
Please consult your surgeon and proceed accordingly. You ask him to.do the procedure under spinal anaesthesia.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards

dear Sir,thank you for your revert.we had asked this query to asses the liability of claim for the patient who is insured with us.as per his insurance policy t&c pre-existing disease and its complecation is not covered.insured is having h/o fistula repair before policy inception and now hospitalised for multiple forming areas around the anus.we request you to kindly confirm on relation of fistus surgery and current abscess.as per your comments It is not a complication then what could be the reason for current condition in known fistula patient.

Brief Answer:
It is due to infection of anal gland.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Abscess around anal region is due to infection of anal glands .These abscesses will spread to surrounding areas producing multiple points.
They have to be drained.
It is not due to complication of previous surgery.
