Since the pain is just below the naval and to the left of it - for 1 week - gets slight relief if you do not masturbate the possible cause can be:
Prostatitis
Seminal vesiculitis
Epididymo-orchitis
I would advise you the following:
- To get a clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor - get a reference to the Urologist.
- Per-rectal digital examination is very important.
- Ultrasonography of the abdomen, particularly of the uro-genital system and of the scrotum also with color doppler mode is very important.
- Also needed are tests of:
Urine: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of stool and blood.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
All these things will lead to a probable diagnosis; if your get on, it will be treated accordingly.
