Question : Hi, I have got stomach ache from past 1.5 years. I got endoscopy and other test also but still the pain persisit.

Seen your reports not to worry about them.

Possibly you have a sensitive stomach.
Try following things which will help you.

Avoid spicy and oily food otherwise have a normal diet do not put yourself under too many restrictions.

Go for a regular walk.
Drink plenty of water.

Exercise regularly, if possible (at least for 30 min).
De stressing yourself this is most important.
Sleep regularly for 8hours.

In addition to taking your regular medication possible you need some special medication for a sensitive stomach like an SSRI drug, which can be taken after consulting you physician as they are not available over the counter.
