Use topical retinoids and Benzoyl peroxide!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the images. I have reviewed them and she has lid inflammatory acne with comedones and papule. I would like to use the above mentioned medications. However, we must make sure you are not pregnant before prescribing them. For this reason, I will suggest that you talk to a doctor in your area for this test and treatment accordingly.
I wish you well and keep me posted with her progress getting the drugs and her response to treatment.

Brief Answer:
I understand your concern but this is for her good!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for getting back to us!
I could simply provide the names of these drugs and the dosages for her to take. However, I Will be making her run a huge risk. This is because if at all she becomes pregnant while on these drugs, the might have a severely malformed child and this will be quite unfortunate.
This is why we always do a pregnancy test, and put them on birth control before giving this drug. All this is in her best interest. I'm sorry but I cannot allow my cherished client run such a huge risk with possible long term severe consequences.
However, I'll provide the medications details to you. I will let you make the final call knowing you have all the necessary information and details to do so.
Tezarotene 0.1% cream: Apply as instructed once daily.
Clindamycin cream(With Benzoyl acid): Apply once daily [please obtain the necessary prescription from your local physician].
Kindly let me know if there is anything else you would want us to touch on. She would definitely improve on this drug.
Kind regards!
