Brief Answer:
Chemical peel

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
For acne, I also prefer to advise isotretinoin in non responding grade 1-2 acne and grade 3- 4 acne. If despite taking complete isotretinoin course new eruptions appear , then you may go for sessions of Chemical peel done by Dermatologist . This would help in control of pilosebaceous glands activity thereby minimizing new eruptions.
Various peels are available for acne including Salicylic acid peel, Glycolic acid peel, Retinoid peel.
Another important cause for repeated acne is Seborrhoea. If you have dandruff, then anti dandruff shampoo is very important. Alongwith you should avoid oily food and hair oil application.
You may discuss about chemical peels with your treating doctor. I hope it helps.
Take care.
