Brief Answer:
It is Acute gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
By the description of your symptoms and your reports of ultrasound it looks like all you have is Acute gastritis.
This is inflammation of the stomach wall which will not be visible on ultrasound .
Pradaxa is known to cause it ,however you definitely need to be on pradaxa due to A fib .
I would recommend you to take Tab Esmoperazole 40 mg daily before food for 10 days and see how you feel.
I would also like to know if you have any vomiting?
If you do have please update me about the colour of the vomitus and if you have any blood in that .
Hope this helps
Best wishes

no vomiting. I have been taking ranitidine and it seems to work for Gerd. Should I stop this and switch to Nexium?
Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
Hello again, the bloating you are having is a part of GERD . So it is better to switch to Esmoperazole (you may need a prescription from your local physician for this).
Hope this helps
