Brief Answer:
Symptoms are interlinked. Consult specialist to treat root cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi X,XXX
Thanks for the query over healthcare magic platform. I understand your concern after reading the same.
All of your symptoms seem to be interlinked. The basic problem seems to be allergy..( as you have stuffy nose in the morning- due to exposure to allergen.. the bed dust ), causing congestion of nose & sinuses to start with...on long standing you developed infection of sinuses( the green phlegm )
the head ache is a sign of sinusitis.
The tooth ache.. you had might be old one causing the source of infection OR may be it was secondary to the throat , through oral phlegm.
* You had already started with medicine ( Ciprofloxacin ( antibiotic) ,
Cetrizine( anti allergic) & Paracetamol ( controlling inflammation & pain)
You must have finished 5 doses till now & I expect relief at least 50% by now. Even tooth ache should be controlled.
* I would suggest to continue the treatment as per advise of prescribing doctor and see the results. You can add-
- steam inhalation to ease pain/ resolve inflammation.
- do hot saline gargles to help the tooth ache& throat infection .. if any.
- Avoid allergens - bed dust/ other known allergies/ sour, fried or cold food/ drinks.
* Even if you have complete relief.. you need a check up for -
- Tooth ache ( a dental surgeon.. to conform the cause & specific treatment & care as advised.
- ENT specialist's consultation if at all you have recurrent attacks of cold. He would see for the problem ( Chronic sinus infection/ nasal polyp/ deviated septum, adenoid.. in throat like tonsils.. )
He may refer you to allergy specialist for allergy screening test
So a through check up to find the cause followed by sufficient specific treatment would free you from your nagging symptoms.
I hope, you found the answer to be informative & helpful.Any follow up query you have, please feel free to ask.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
consult doctor to exclude aggravation of problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the follow up query.
I have seen the pictures of the sputum .. you had attached ...Though I can not draw a conclusion from the picture, it does not seem to be fresh red ( suggesting blood ).It can be-
- The mucus plug blocking sinus casing it's inflammation was expelled out.. to relieve you,( mucus being mixed with nasal secretions& inflammatory exudate made it orange ).. being swallowed, came out through oral cavity while spitting,
-The fact that you are feeling better after it.. suggests some abscess at the painful tooth was drained out & it is dark pus, mucus.. that has been drained out in mouth cavity & spitted out.
- The throat irritation, stress while taking out sticky sputum which has turned the sputum orange.. being mixed with traces of blood,
- lung infection taking some serious turn needs to be excluded.
* whatever the cause it.. it needs to be evaluated after physical examination& probably investigations like blood counts / sputum microscopic.
Kindly consult your dentist/ treating doctor to make the thing clear...& get treatment advised to end the problem effectively.
I hope that answers your question. Any follow up is welcome.
If you are satisfied please close the query & grade the answer,
Thanks.
