Question: I just noticed these bumps on my anus... I am really embarrassed and scared.

Are they warts? Or something worrysome? Are they removeable without surgery or a natural remedy?

Brief Answer:
skin tags- sitz bath and high fiber diet should work

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthCareMagic,
I'm Dr. Remy here, I will be answering your query today,,

I have viewed the attached photographs.
They look like skin tags to me, which is nothing to be worried about. Skin tags are normal protrusions of the skin and the epithelium which may be caused due to some inflammation like excessive straining during stools in constipation, or irritation from rubbing of tight clothes. It is also seen in some females after pregnancy.

If you are experiencing any pain, I would suggest you to consider the use of some laxatives and any pain killers if needed. You are also advised to do a sitz bath, which is to immerse yourself in warm saline water, which is sure to give you much relief.
Also start on a high fiber diet which would ensure you smooth bowel movements.

If you may experience any bleeding or increase in size, I would suggest you to kindly consult with a doctor in your area for proper examination and any further management if needed. You can get it removed with cautery or surgically if needed after proper examination.

Hope I have answered to your query.
Kindly follow up if you have any further queries.

Thanks and regards
