Brief Answer:
you may have acid reflux
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli ,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.Recurrent chest pain at your age may be due to acid reflux.you should take PPI group of medicine like Rabeprazole .However if you have arrhythmia you should get ECG and Echocardiogram. This should rule out benign problem like mitral valve prolapse .you already have anxiety which should be managed by anxiolytic like clonazepam.
There are all the chances that your heart is normal and you must focus on anxiety and acid reflux.
My best wishes
