Suggest Treatment For Persistent Chest Pain

default
Posted on Sat, 20 Feb 2016
Question: Hello, I am xxxxxxxxxxx, 22 year old. I feel pain in my chest especially near heart. I had been to a medical checkup for the company I wanted to join and after the ECG, it showed IRBB(Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block). The doctor I consulted told me that 4 people out of 10 has this and there's nothing to worry about. I frequently get moderate pain like twice or thrice in a week. I don't know whether I have to proceed for further consultation and checkups or just leave it with exercises I read in the internet like taking longer breathes.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Normal variant

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your symptoms have nothing to suggest heart disease…
sound like nervousness…

This ECG change is often a common variation seen in many people
Occasionally, it is due to problem in the conduction system (nerve) of the heart /or problems related to the right side of the heart.
Get routine physical examination / and also have an ECHOcardiogram. If they are normal, nothing further to do. Ignore it and enjoy life

Good luck
God bless you
