Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough Despite Medication

Question: I had a chest CT just recently which revealed the aveoli tiny sacks in my lungs were being impacted by deposits of mucus which attached and stuck to many of them. I have a severe, persistent cough which does not respond to inhalers or codeine prescription cough syrup. I am not a smoker and tests revealed I do not have asthma or any known allergies. There is a medical name for this disorder but I cannot find it. Could you tell me what it is?
Brief Answer:
bronchoectazy
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM
I have gone through your concern and i can understand your concern
It would be better for me to have attached CT result.
However according to your explanation it might be Bronchectasia,a chronich lung disease.
I can reccommend you to add antibiotics like Claricide twice, mucolitics for up to a month, a lot of water, physical activity, respiratory physiotherapy for the secretions.
This medication will help you for sure
Please discuss with your doctor for the above
