Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough In Children
Question: earlier my kid had cold and cough so treatment was given him accordingly after prescribed by the doc.
Now he has very less cough, very less frequency but his voice is not clear since a month seems his throat is not clear yet and cough is still there. Is there any problem in the throat, how we can recover him by his original voice and remove his cough completely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.
If cough is persisting although decreased in frequency, we have to keep possibility of throat infection. Due to throat infection, it might be possible that voice is not clear.
Antibiotic like amoxyclav should be given for 5 days, along with cough syrup.
Since, all drugs in children are given according to wight, i advice you to meet the local doctor for needful.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
