Brief Answer:
Get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your chest x ray and blood reports are normal, possibility of bronchitis is more for chronic cough. I would suggest pulmonary function test after detailed clinical examination of respiratory system. It will also tell you about severity of the disease. And treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only. You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.

To further discuss the issue, please let me know:
1. Do you have fever?
2. Do you have chest tightness or chest pressure?
3. Do you have dry cough or cough with expectoration?

Awaiting your reply...

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Better to get done PFT.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I have gone through the images you have uploaded.
You have been given anti histamine, cough suppressant etc.
You are not improving with these drugs. So possibility of bronchitis is more in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is needed for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
