Brief Answer:
Take appropriate symtpomatic treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the more information.
You might be having gastroenteritis (mostly viral) or irritable bowel because of which you are having frequent runny diarrhea.
Therefore,in my advise you may start below mentioned treatment.
1) Start taking probiotics (lactic acid bacillus-double strength) three to four times daily with Econorm sachets three times daily (to take 1 XXXXXXX with full glass of water) to restore the normal bacterial flora which are available over the counter at nearby pharmacy.
2) Take lots of fluids and fruit juices throughout the day which will be helpful to avoid fluid-electrolytes imbalance.
You can also take sachets of WHO Oral Rehydration Salts mixed with water to maintain electrolyte balance.
3) No oily or spicy foods.Take soft or liquid diet only for initial couple of days with pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily if you have gas trouble.
4) Antibiotics (Norfloxacin-Tinidazole combination) will also be a good choice for a shorter course (like 3 days) but for that you will require prescription from some local doctor or GP.
We would expect that your motions will start to improve within 2 to 3 days and you will feel better.
For difficult urination,
You can put hot/warm water bag over the lower abdominal area which will further help to relax internal sphincter (one kind valve) of urinary bladder and thus may help for easy urination.
If problem persists and you still feel hard to urinate then it would be advisable to see physician or urologist who may order some blood works, electrolytes, urine examination and ultrasound of abdomen-pelvis to detect the underlying cause.
You may continue your anti-hypertensive and anti-diabetic medications as prescribed by your doctor.
Hope this helps.
