Its about Stool.
I don't feel anything like Fever, or other symptoms.
Just that I pass stool once every 3-4 hours.
Morning when I get up,
After I reach office,
Evening in office.
After reaching home

There is nothing to worry. It looks like irritable bowel syndrome. It happens due to stress and indigestion. You can try home remedies such as:
- Increase fiber in take in your diet such as spinach, apples etc. Increase a lot of water.
- Deep breathing exercises help reduce stress. Go for walking or jogging for half an hour everyday.
- You can take tab. loperamide 4 mg once a day to reduce the frequency of stools.
- Include probiotics such as curds, yogurt and buttermilk. You can also try and take enterogermina respules twice a day for 2 to 3 days.
