Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea

Question: Diarrhea for 3 days and tomorrow I leave for Fort XXXXXXX for a cruise. What can I take or do to help clear it up? Does drinking lots of water help or hurt?

plenty of liquids are must for early recovery
need metronidazole on antibiotic pack with lactobacillus to combat the diarrhea early

I have culturelle and it has over 10 billion cultures of lactobacillus. How many should I take today to start with and will it make the diarrhea worse?
