Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness

Need to explore other causes of vertigo.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.
I have noted your symptoms and treatment plan. The diagnosis of cervical vertigo is suspect, with a normal MRI of cervical spine.
Other causes of vertigo should be explored:
1. BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), which is caused due to inner ear dysfunction. In this condition, dizziness is exacerbated with change of head and neck positions.
2. Brain disease- if there are additional symptoms such as headache, imbalance while walking, slurred speech, etc, a Brain MRI should be done to exclude any brain disease.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
