Tell a few details.Upload medical documents.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I would like to know a few details in order to answer this query well-
1)Is this headache/eye pain persistent or episodic? If episodic, what is the frequency of episodes? How long does each episode lasts?
2)Is this pain unilateral(on one side of the head-right or left) or bilateral?
3)Is the pain associated with nausea, vomiting or blurred vision?
4)Does the headache increases on exposure to sound or bright light?
5)Does the headache improves with sleep?
6)How often does the double vision occur? At what time of the day, does the double vision occurs? Is it associated with a specific posture like standing or lying down? How long does the double vision lasts?
7)Any other disease/medical history?

Its hard to guess your established diagnosis on the basis of prescription medicines you have mentioned. Please upload the medical documents as scanned .jpg file,on the basis of which the above treatment was started.

Waiting for your follow-up with above details.

she is having migraine from the last 25 years.but this blurred vision and headache on the left side started just one and ahalf months before.she was getting eye pain and headache persistently.it was more at night.it starts as head ache first then slowly it comes to forehead then inside eye and finally to cheeck only in the left side.Day time its less.initially she was getting blurred vision ,slowly she was viewing everything double. But after taking gabantin plus and orthocort she got a little relief from pain and double vision is also reduced. But still she is getting blurred vision if she remove the spectacles.
MRI report-Few ischemic changes in bilateral deep hemisphere white matter.

Brief Answer:
Few ischemic changes are not causing these symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Few ischemic changes in deep hemispheric white matter are not causing these symptoms.
Pain behind the eye on one side is commonly associated with Migraine. So,her Migraine needs to be controlled well.
Double vision, though, can be associated with Migraine as well but if it worsens on removing the spectacles, then it is likely due to eye related causes. Please discuss with ophthalmologist and tell him that 'double vision increases without spectacles'.

Ecosprin-AV has been given because of ischemic changes.AV component(Atorvastatin) will take care of the deranged cholesterol levels.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some follow-up questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
