Brief Answer:
Get colonoscopy, there are many causes for bleed per rectum

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am Dr.Amit Jain (DM, Gastroenterologist). There are many causes for bleed per rectum like polyp, infection, inflammatory bowel disease, tuberculosis etc. So don't worry go ahead with colonoscopy as without it is difficult to say the cause of bleed. Moreover it's rare for colon cancer at this age. I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Wish you a good health

Brief Answer:
Lactoferrin test is positive when there is any inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. Yes I had seen the pic. There is nothing wrong with the appearance apart from consistency. Lactoferrin is positive when there is some inflammation of the colon. That's why I said it could be inflammatory bowel disease only and not cancer. Wish you a good health

Chest pain and bowel disease are not related

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. I don't think the chest pain and this bowel disease are related in you, as per present scenario. You may be fatigued because of Sleep apnea. Wish you a good helath
