Brief Answer:
Continue antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Can understand your concerns.

H1N1 can also present like this but in H1N1 fever worsens and features like respiratory distress begins to occur. Rash can also occur on body.

Since, you are having H1N1 infection, chances of H1N1 in child are high.

Continue antibiotic and do testing for H1N1 in child by throat swab immediately.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
