Brief Answer:
Make sure a few more medical conditions are ruled out...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am glad you had been investigated for easy fatiguability. I hope tests for anemia, hypothyroidism, blood sugar and nutrient especially vitamin and minerals are ruled out. If not, I will consider to tests these too. They can be easily tested using a blood sample.

If all medical parameters are ruled out, tiredness could be due to inappropriate sleep, lack of good nutrition or an underlying pyschological disturbance. Improving sleep and diet will be the first step of management. If it doesn't help, you may consider discussing about psychological conditions.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Improve diet, water consumption as well as sleep...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Complete hemogram which has specific tests such as Hb; MCV; MCHC as well as hematocrit is a fair indicator of anemia. Besides these tests for vitamin b12, calcium and vitamin D are known tests of nutrients. I assume these were tested and found normal too.

In this context, it isn't appropriate to take IV fluids every day. Instead, I suggest you to eat a balanced diet filled with good fruits and vegetables. Drink sufficient amount of water. Add some exercises. And make sure you sleep well for 6-8 hours. These changes should improve and help the fatigue.

If they don't, then as I mentioned earlier psychological problems such as underlying depression / anxiety should be looked for.

Hope its clear now. Will be pleased to guide you further.

Regards

Brief Answer:
The numbness episode isn't concerning...

Detailed Answer:
Last nights episode is most likely due to a pinched nerve which occurs commonly upon lying on a wrong posture. It isn't a serious or concerning problem.

Follow the changes suggested earlier and see if it makes difference.
