Question: Hi,
when it comes to blood pressure, should I go off of whats normal, or whats normal for me? my blood pressure is usually 90's over 70's. And had at most been 110 over 80's and that when I was giantly pregnant. I am not currently pregnant but today my blood pressure was 120 over 80's. Ive had a slight headache for the last month. But the nurses just keep telling me Im within normal range.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your blood pressure values are perfectly normal.

Your previous blood pressure values have been a little low, but now, you have nothing to worry about.

The slight headache could be related to anxiety or a little pressure in your everyday life.

But, it does not seem to be related to your actual blood pressure values.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
