Brief Answer:
Take pain killers as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Headache episodes with lightheadedness can be due to migraine.
It is aggravated on exertion, fasting, sunlight, excessive tea, coffee or chocolates.
If it is episodic, then only pain killers like naproxen or diclofenac can be sufficient.
Take timely meals and proper sleep.
Nothing to do with hard surface as it can be a cause of stress.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
