Brief Answer:
acute urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
Hives known as Urticaria is an allergic condition of skin characterised by itchy red transient eruptions over body. It can be caused by allergy to recent infection, any food, seasonal change, drugs, pollen grains etc.
In your case, it seems that infection as indicated by fever is the cause for reappearance of hives. In such cases, I prefer to advise oral antibiotics like Azithromycin with oral antihistaminics like levocetrizine to my patients.
You should visit your doctor and share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.
Take care.
