Brief Answer:
Need to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Hot flushes in male can occur when there is low testosterone level, Thyroid dysfunction (hyperthyroidism ) can be another cause.
Low blood sugar can produce hot flushes, it is advisable to check your fingerstick capillary blood glucose level using a glucose monitor.
If you feel these hot flashes are associated with sweating and 'heart racing' and fluctuating blood pressure, the I also check for a rare condition called Pheochromocytoma. The screening blood test for this is called Plasma Free Metanephrines.

I would suggest you to go for this investigation to find the cause and treat it. I would suggest you to see physician or Endocrinologist for examination and further help.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
